Day 14…It’s Still On For Chad: He’s On The HCG Weight Loss Diet

Chad’s a pretty normal guy. And being a normal, ordinary guy he discovered that he had slowly put on a bit of weight here and a bit of weight there until he discovered that his weight had slowly escalated to an unhealthy level. Individuals who are either overweight or obese suffer from negative health effects. Their risks for common illnesses and diseases increases drastically. Overweight or obese individuals also tend to lead less active lifestyles.

In some cases all that is necessary is the choice to eat healthy and get more exercise and general activity. In some cases all that is necessary is for a dieter or potential dieter to come to realize that they are consuming enough for three or four people. They just adjust their portion sizes. In other cases people make the decision to eat at home more frequently; cutting back on “eating dinner out.” In some cases people just start using more healthy food preparation techniques. But according to statistics…these normal, everyday “dieting” techniques just don’t cut it for a lot of people.

A lot of potential dieters require a different weight loss method so they can get to a healthy weight. They need a weight loss method that will provide drastic weight loss. Throughout the course of his HCG weight loss diet Chad has discovered that he has to prepare or he’ll slip up more often than not. If he’s not prepared for meal times (and NON meal times) then he’ll end up just taking a “taste” of something forbidden by the protocol. Or he’ll drink something that isn’t approved on the diet. As of Day 14 Chad felt comfortable noting in his weight loss journal that he was experiences far less cravings. He also feels that he is now capable of cooking smarter and eating the foods that were introduced to him by the dieting protocol and recipe guide. He also feels that for the most part he feels full and satisfied while sticking to the diet.

And probably most important of everything that Chad has learned while on the HCG weight loss diet is to listen to his body. He is able to tell when he’s full. He is able to discern from real hunger and a craving or boredom. He is able to walk away from a healthy, proportionate meal feeling full and satisfied.
